Return Policy
JUSTRACK generally offers a 30-day return policy for most products, with a few exceptions. For damaged or defective items, or if the product is not as described, a return can be initiated within 5 days of delivery.JUSTRACK also offers an exchange policy within 5 days , if product don’t work properly
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.Original packaging, brand/article number, MRP tag, freebies, and accessories must be included. Products should be free of stains, scratches, tears, or holes.
Exchange Policy:
If product is damaged , mail at justrack467@gmail.com with products picture and write problem in product then only we can initiate exchange process from company end
Cancellation Policy:
Write mail to justrack467@gmail.com on same day of order then it will be easy for everyone to cancel order.
